Theme: 1.2 Solutions for enhanced production and sustainability
My research background is in instrumentation, sensors and bio device development with expertise in micro-fluidic platforms.
I completed a bachelors in Instrumentation and Control systems and a master’s in biomedical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. The primary focus of my master’s thesis was on the development of a microfluidic system for diagnosis.
With SUREAQUA we will be developing a lab-on-a-chip bio-sensing platform to detect various environmental factors including physical, chemical and biological parameters for aquaculture systems.
THESIS:
Continuous on-line non-invasive cortisol measurement in aquaculture. DTU Bioengineering
