I have a master’s degree in international relations from the Catholic University of Louvain and a master’s degree in international Fisheries Management from the Arctic University of Norway (UIT).
In 2018, I started to work at Nofima in the department of marketing research. In January 2020, I started my PhD at the UIT school of Business and Economics. The objective of the thesis is to advance the understanding of consumer preferences, attitudes and behaviour towards seaweed as sustainable and healthy food product.
